Jon's Dad Eldon Ashdown
Eldon did pass away Sunday afternoon. I had the chance to be there up till the very end. I should call it a blessing but I don't feel that way yet. The funeral will be Friday the 22nd. The viewing is 9:30 to 10;30 with the funeral at 11:00 all of this being at the Mourtuary just to let you all know. Jon will be speaking I think that he will do a great talk and I hope that he will be ok.

We are all sorry for Jon and his family. And even though it doesn't feel like a blessing now, think about how it feels now with Grandpa Matthews. Yes, we miss him, but we know for sure he is doing wonderfully! Let me know if you need anything. I think I will be going with Sally and your mom to the funeral, if Ben doesn't mind staying here with the boys. Love, Missy
