Snow again April 29

As you can see we had some snow again last night, it didn't stick to the road or sidewalks. The Deck had 3 to 4 inches which I had to shovel. It is really cold today also. I can't wait for warmer weather that lasts more than a day or two.

Kira's play

Kira was in a Core class this year that at the end of the year put on a simplified version of Romeo and Juliet. She had asked me to make her a dress it was fun to make but took some time. She did a great job with her part and it was fun to see the play.

Easter

We had our usual Easter egg hunt on Friday afternoon so people could watch conference on Sat. It was the snowiest I have seen. We usually have wind and cold but not this much snow.

Some of the eggs were not found. I found one a week later.

Snow in Cedar

Thursday as Sam and the Kids were taking me to the Airport, Lea text me this picture of the Snow that they had gotten. That was not a very good April fools joke.
On the afternoon of April 12 we got this much snow on the lawn.
When I woke up on the 13th it was deeper. I am so glad we have had about 4 warm days since.

Whitney face painting

Whitney wanted her face painted at Tulip Town but I told her that I would do it when we go home so the next day we did some face painting.

Seattle 2010

It was a great trip. I didn't do to much. When I first arrived we went to the house to unload my suitcase and then went to Caden's Talent show he did a great job. I have it on video but it won't let me post it.

The next day I went to the Movie "How to Train a Dragon" with Jesse and a friend. It was a cute movie. We all went to dinner for Jesse's Birthday and then took Julie to the Airport.

Saturday, Sunday, Monday just played games and read two books that Julie said were good. The Hunger Games, and Catching Fire were really good books and the fastest I have read in a long time.

Tuesday, we went to the Tulip festival north of Seattle. I was fun to see all the Tulips and some Daffodils.

It was cloudy and rainy most of the time I was there. On the way home from the festival I had to take this picture of the sky and the Space needle.

Kenlee and Landscape Arch

This was really cute of Kenlee. She is so much fun and is starting to do the army crawl. This was a really fun arch to see and very wonderful.
